The very tanned Hamilton, who starred as Count Vladimir Dracula in the 1979 cult classic horror spoof ‘Love at First Bite,’ is planning a follow up.

According to WENN, Hamilton will produceĀ a sequel titled ‘Batrimony: Love at Second Bite,’ thirty years after the original’s release.

With the popularity of ‘Twilight’ and HBO’s ‘True Blood,’ Hamilton believes that the time is ripe for more parody, and has clearly given some thought as to who his target audience might be.

He says, “I think ‘Twilight’ is a wonderful series of books. It’s so important for these young girls with hormonal changes and this love that’s worth giving your life for. But now I have to find a way to bring my ‘Love At First Bite’ character into that kind of story and make it funny and not be at all like ‘Twilight’ and I think I found a way to do that.”

Not limiting himself to vampires, Hamilton is also producing a movie about movie legend Errol Flynn’s son Sean, who was captured by the Khmer Rouge during the Vietnam War.
