Antonio Banderas‘Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever’ has been named the worst movie of the last decade on RottenTomatoes.com’s ’100 Worst of the Worst’ list. Antonio Banderas will likely be less than pleased with the honour.

The go-to review site rates movies on a “Tomatometer” based on a collection of reviews from various media averaged to a single score. The 2002 flick, which starred Latin heart-throb Banderas along with Lucy Lui, came in at the bottom with a “fresh” rating of zero percent, meaning it received not one positive review.

The site says, “Most films, even profoundly mediocre ones, can expect to receive at least cursory support from the pundits. However, once in a while, a film will take such a critical drubbing that further attention is warranted. That’s where our Worst of the Worst list comes in.”

In actuality, a whopping 14 films received the horrid zero rating. These included Roberto Benigni’s ‘Pinocchio,’ ‘National Lampoon’s Gold Diggers’ and Larry the Cable Guy’s ‘Witless Protection.’

‘Killing Me Softly,’ starring Heather Graham and Joseph Feinnes (#12) and ‘Twisted,’ starring Ashley Judd (#17) also ranked among the lowest of the low, while John Travolta’s infamous flop ‘Battlefield Earth’ and Guy Ritchie’s notorious Madonna vanity project “Swept Away’ both did comparatively well with rankings of 3% and 5%, respectively coming in at 27th and 65th place.

Also on the list are the Ben Affleck/Jennifer Lopez cop flop ‘Gigli;’ ‘Bless the Child,’ an attempt at horror starring Kim Basinger, and ‘The Whole Nine Yards’ sequel, ‘The Whole Ten Yards,’ starring Bruce Willis.
