January JonesJanuary Jones has jumped on two bigscreen opportunities in the past week. The ‘Mad Men’ star will reportedly play in Endgame Entertainment’s dramatic thriller ‘Hungry Rabbit Jumps,’ alongside Nicolas Cage. And, according to Variety, just a few days ago Jones also signed on to act opposite Diane Kruger and Liam Neeson in Dark Castle’s ‘Unknown White Male.’

‘Hungry Rabbit Jumps’ will be directed by Roger Donaldson while ‘Unknown White Male’ is to be helmed by the same director responsible for ‘House of Wax,’ Jaume Collet-Serra. In both thrillers, Jones is set to play the wife of Cage and Neeson’s respective lead characters.

Most famous for her role as yet another wife, Betty Draper, on the hit TV series, ‘Mad Men,’ Golden Globe Nominee Jones has had several supporting roles in film throughout her career. She has featured in ‘American Wedding’ (from the ‘American Pie’ series), ‘Love Actually,’ and ‘Anger Management.’

Jones’ next film appearance, opposite Philip Seymour Hoffman in the Richard Curtis helmed film, ‘Pirate Radio,’ is expected to screen in mid-November. She will not play Hoffman’s wife, but will reportedly get to test her skill as a 60s Hippie.

Fittingly, January is going to be busy for Jones since shooting for both ‘Hungry Rabbit Jumps’ and ‘Unknown White Male’ is expected to start that month.
